I received this message from Landon Pollack, who is launching two new animal welfare nonprofits:
As we are preparing to launch our two projects, we have a real need for volunteers across all creative capacities. If you look below, you’ll find some additional information about who we are, and what kinds of volunteers we specifically need.
We have two 501c3 organizations:
StubbyDog, whose sole purpose is to disseminate content that will help change public perceptions of pit bulls. Our vision is to create a world where every pit bull has a good life. We will develop and execute a media and communications campaign that will re-brand these dogs in the public eye.
Zoe (the Greek word for “life”) seeks to be the preeminent global provider of content for people who care about animals and the environment.
We’re looking for help from: PR & marketers, illustrators, editors, proof readers, videographers, graphic/web designers, and writers, for the various tasks we have in motion and the many more to follow.
Because of our diverse volunteer needs, it would be appreciated if you could share our organizations’ needs with the CreativePaw network to garner some attention and attract people who share our affinity!
If you’re interested in volunteering for this project, please contact Landon Pollack at landon@ignite-vp.com. Thanks so much!
We have a request for volunteer PR people and marketers from Forgotten Cats, a trap-neuter-return organization that operates two clinics in Southeastern PA and Delaware that spay/neuter just under 10,000 cats per year and four adoption centers that foster and adopt out over 1,000 cats per year. Felicia of Forgotten Cats says, “Our dilemma is that no one knows who we are or what we do because we do not do a very good job of PR. I think if we got our story out, we would receive more offers for help. I need someone who can tell our story to make FC more visible so we can get more participation from the community — especially from all the animal lovers out there! I think one place to start is with some Press Releases in the local papers about all the good work we do and highlighting our need for committed volunteers.”
If you’re interested in volunteering your skills for Forgotten Cats, please contact Sue at susan.garfinkel@verizon.net
Thanks so much for being a member of creativePAW!
I received this message from Animal Resource Foundation:
Animal Resource Foundation is an incorporated non-profit organization committed to improving the lives of animals. We do this by addressing the current needs in the animal welfare community. We are most passionate about spay and neuter and promote this initiative by offering low-cost spay and neuter options and education and awareness programs that address the importance of spay and neuter.
Currently we need some creative assistance in establishing a web site and brand to promote our organization. This web site will be a valuable resource to both the animal rescue community and the general public. We would appreciate any assistance the talented and creative professionals at Creative PAW can provide. Interested volunteers should contact Sandy at ARFIowa@gmail.com.
Thanks, creativePAW volunteers!
