Creative PAW: Creative Professionals for Animal Welfare

Thanks to creativePAW member Susannah Fields of RIPE Creative for creating this fabulous T-shirt logo for SOS Animaux, a cat shelter in Luxembourg. SOS Animaux plans to sell the T-shirts to raise money for the shelter.

“Working with Susannah and Mark was great – they were kind and professional and immediately understood what we were looking for,” says SOS Animaux volunteer Isa Marinov. Susannah Fields adds, “Isabelle was very nice to work with; she wanted something simple and happy/silly to represent an upcoming SOS Animaux event, and she was also very responsive to proofing and feedback too, which is really helpful.”

I work with a small and amazingly determined organization named Iowa Humane Alliance. Iowa Humane Alliance works in partnership with humane organizations, municipalities, veterinarians and the people of Iowa to develop programs and services targeted at eliminating animal homelessness and shelter overpopulation. Our focus is on three program/service areas: opening an affordable spay/neuter clinc in Eastern Iowa (based on the Humane Alliance model); managing the Spay Iowa s/n program network (part of SPAYUSA’s national network) and iTRAP, TNR Resource and Advisory Program. Our group has had a number of exciting successes and has received lots of local press coverage and our TNR programs received coverage from Best Friends. Our organization is primed for growth and we need to modernize our logo and build a brand. A new website is in the works (by me) and we could really use the help of a talented Creative PAW volunteer to help us with development of a fresh and exciting logo.
