PROJECT: AVFP IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT
AVFP: The Association for Veterinary Family Practice
Positioning Statement: The Art and the Heart of Veterinary Medicine
Website: www.avfp.org
Contact Email: culinary@neteze.com
Design Objective:
Develop a distinct identity system that captures the vision & focus of the AVFP organization:
“THE ASSOCIATION EXISTS TO OPTIMIZE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF PETS IN HUMAN FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES BY ADVANCING THE ESSENTIAL ROLE OF PRIMARY VETERINARY CARE.”
Vets have traditionally been very medically, surgically and technically focused. That’s not bad, we go to them for their advice and expertise! However, recognizing the emerging importance of pets as family members and the evolving human-animal bond, this vet group is focusing on the non-biomedical knowledge and skills necessary to properly care for family pets. Vets often find themselves on the receiving-end of orphaned animals, requests from shelter groups for spay/neuter services, etc. If we can help a vet group enhance their human-animal skills, this will help the animal welfare movement.
Design Considerations:
Logo design to be used in….
